The season of Spring is one of joy, as you find yourself emerging from the deep slumber of winter. Spring Equinox brings you the best energy and chance to refresh your soul, mind and body as we prepare to enter the elemental season of Air.
We are celebrating the first day of Spring and seasons changing with our 'Spring Wellness Workshop'. What better way to nourish our wellbeing than by getting creative, being pampered and setting positive intentions for the year ahead.
What's included on the day
During the workshop, you will be guided by Chloe from Sown and Wild in making your own 'Dried Flower Hoop', a beautiful 30cm gold hoop displaying dried flowers weaved between twine. Ready to display in your home and bring joy to your surroundings.
Lizz from Wild Human Skincare will be leading a skincare workshop looking at the benefits of natural face masks. You will make and take home your own handcrafted face masks, and also experience a DIY mini facial pamper.
Refreshments are included, with delicious cakes from Astrid's Petite Cuisine.
