Terms of Service for Online Purchases, Orders and Wedding Services. 

By placing an order on this website, via email or telephone call, or through our markets or events, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

Prices shown or agreed include VAT and exclude the cost of delivery, unless specified.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website or otherwise provided are correct at the time of the order.

In the event of supplier difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of similar quality and value. 

We are not liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of the obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of our breach of an agreement is limited to the purchase price of the items you purchased. 

Payment for Wedding, Workshop and Bespoke Order Terms of Service

A deposit is required at the time your order is accepted and agreed. This is not refundable in any circumstance. Payment of the remaining balance is payable at least 4 weeks before the wedding or event date. Payments in installments can also be made, please enquire with us for details. 

Access and Installation Arrangements

Where is necessary for us to install floral arrangements or other items you agree to arrange access to the premise at agreed specific times. If for any reason, we cannot access the premise at agreed specific times, we cannot guarantee the completion of the floral installment at the agreed time. We assure you we will do our utmost to meet the timetable agreed. We cannot accept any liability of damage or cost if we cannot access the premise at the agreed specific times. 

Changes and Cancellations

We will accept changes to flowers and items ordered up to 4 weeks before the wedding or event date, and before the final payment has been made. We cannot guarantee we can accept any changes after this time, but we assure you we will endeavor to to accommodate such requests and if changes of flowers or items have additional cost, this is to be paid at time of agreed change.

Payments made cannot be refunded if cancellation takes place less than 4 weeks before the date of the wedding or event. 

Photographs

You agree that any photographs of our flowers or items taken by us at your event or wedding may be displayed on our website and social media channels. In the event individuals are pictured, we will gain consent prior to displaying these photos.
